2.) Apps from  The Wizard Company

What Information does  The Wizard Company collect in Apps

The Wizard Company collects only non-personal information as

  • in-App Information like which costumes, materials, mouths, eyes the user has or
  • in-App Scores like how many Tickets, Levels (XP’s) and play money the user has

and the information that we get from Facebook and Google, but these are described in the paragraphs Google and Facebook.

We also collect, share, and/or use data collected via AdMob’s services.

Tracking

We also save from anyone who logs in to our Apps with Google or Facebook a so-called Access-Token. With this Access-Token, we want to uniquely identify each user so that he has his current score. This access token is purely for a better gaming experience. We do not sell or share any records.

Facebook

The Application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, checkins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. Google

The Application may by default access your Google basic account information, including your Google-ID, Firstname, Lastname, the combination of First and Lastname, email, gender, profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. In order to connect you better with your friends we access your Google contacts but do not save them. We just look if some of your contacts play the game and if so we suggest you these. AdMob

For advertising in the app we use the advertising partner AdMob Google Inc. The privacy policy of AdMob applies here, which you will find at the Internet address http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

We use the so-called “Google Advertising ID” for advertising control. So that we can show you suitable advertising. By using Google Advertising ID, no conclusion on your person is possible.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data and if we collect data such as name, address or e-mail, then always on a voluntary basis.

The Wizard Company automatically collects and stores information in the so-called server log

Files that your browser automatically sends to us. These are:

  • used operating system

  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

These data can not be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check the data later, if we are aware of concrete indications of unlawful use.
